• Providing online /on-site training for reseller teams on both products – Eclipse (Site Editor) & COSMOS (online marketplace for SMB's with dedicated applications & a control panel that control all statistics).
• Managing the company’s support platform (Zendesk) and creating and maintaining all rules in the platform including the management of all in-bound support tickets
• Recruiting support team members to the team, training and leading them
• Managing/maintaining the company’s internal Jira & Confluence instance and creating workflows between and for teams
• Creating the Knowledgebase for the company with Release notes that are provided by the Product team. Maintaining all documentation on the Zendesk Knowledge base platform

• Participate in WebEx and conference calls in order to present the mce solutions and demonstrate them on line to potential customers and partners.
• Remote installation of the software for Pilots and follow up throughout the sales cycle

• Software Tester - interfacing and integration of third-party software to the mce systems key product line (mce Return&Repair Avoidance). For example, integration of systems for Software Flashing into the mce solutions.
