•Isolation and identification of probiotics bacteria from curd and preparation of health drink.• Estimate the streptococcus thermophilus bacteria in the curd had buyed from shop .• Curd sample were collected from Noida (shop) and characterized morphology and multiple biochemical analysis and qualitative phytochemical test performed by inoculation streptococcus thermophilus into natural juice.• Microscopy done for ( grams staining and endospore staining).• By the phytochemical test we observe that health drink prepared had decrease the level of carbohydrates and no changes in the protein and fats values.
