Prepaid - Driving business (revenue, ARPU, continuity) on all digital platforms including Airtel Thanks app and all Third Party payment partnersGrowing Airtel’s LoBs (Postpaid, DTH) on Third Party platforms by finding avenues for acquisition, and integration with Airtel’s recommendation engine to grow ARPU, continuity and lower churn

Worked on understanding brand objectives of companies working with Flipkart Grocery and digital agencies and suggested capabilities required to increase Ads. Objectives fulfilled were:• Interview brand managers (of FMCG) and digital agencies to understand different brand marketing objectives and how do they select the digital platforms to achieve those objectives• Do competitive benchmarking to find what metrics are being captured by Flipkart’s competitors in terms of an Ad platform• Analyze current capabilities of Flipkart in terms of Ad platform and recommend new capabilities in order to position itself as a Brand Marketing platform• Pitch the recommendations to 2-3 brands, and implement these new capabilities
