CurrentIn this role, I lead all aspects of IT and telecommunication operations for supporting call center, distribution center, marketing department, merchandising department, accounting department, and two locations with over 100 employees, while driving innovation within IT organization. Improved all sales channels for maximum growth. One of my main duties is to direct an internal team of four and three consultants. Furthermore, I examine technology and process innovation to identify, develop, and embed technology and strategic capabilities that increase profitable growth and/or provides competitive advantage.A few of my key accomplishments are:♦ Devised best-in-class strategies in infrastructure, application, and talent to accomplished firm's overall long-term objectives.♦ Collaborated with legal counsel on various compliance, such as PCI, GDPR, ADA, and CCPA related matters for designing and implementing processes to ensure compliance.♦ Enhanced competitiveness with renewed mobile-first e-commerce strategy and innovative features, such as targeted personalization for site that boosted over 70% of company's sales.♦ Augmented tablet conversion rates to 4.7%, mobile conversion to 2.1%, and desktop conversion to 6%, while increasing visitors to mobile site by 2%.♦ Designed, built, and deployed processes and applications for the successful transition of warehouse and fulfillment activities to 3rd party logistic (3PL) partner.♦ Determined and implemented shipping application rules engine integration to achieve top-line sales from approx. 50M+ Amazon Prime customers.♦ Boosted 30% of page loading speed by enhancing tag management and maintaining analytic integrity via Google Tag Manager.
