KLANG VALLEY MASS RAILWAY TRANSIT (KVMRT) PROJECT SBK LINE1) To participate the interface between all Project stakeholders, supervising consultants, architects, civil and other systems contractor and resolve any interfacing issues in a timely manner;2) Involved in checking the Architectural/Structural drawings to identify any discrepancies before producing of CSD (combined service drawings)3)To prepare the AFC room equipment layout/equipment layout to be integrated with the Architectural/M&E drawings.4) Supervision of health, safety and environmental management requirement;5) Be the single point of contact for all matters relating to the delivery to site and installation of equipment6) Coordinate and manage all on-site activity.7) Inspect and formally accept site and room handovers, ensuring that all snags are formally recorded8) Participate in coordination meetings with the Customer and its subcontractors9) Check and review method statements

- Being the single focal person for each defined work package, discipline or areas during project preparation and planning (includes subcontractor bidding, procurement, logistic), FAT with client, project delivery and project close out phase.- Responsible for the supply, delivery and supervising work for the multi-discipline projects that involves valve selection, actuator sizing, instrumentation parts and specialist services.- Provide technical support for ongoing actuated valve projects and close interface with the Production Team and Client side. Resolve problem encountered before, during and after project delivery phase.- Liaison with clients, sub-contractors and production plant during project supplied.- Responsible for technical and commercial tender proposal preparation for actuated valve system package including valve, actuator, instrumentation parts selection and sizing to make sure its suitable with requirement such as PTS, DEP, MPDS and etc.- Monitor sub-contractors performance, documents and recommends for approval, site changes and progress measurement for the multi-discipline projects.- To perform any other duty as required by the company.- Perform expediting visit at Manufacturer’s factory to ensure purchase orders are executed efficiently by supplier’s side.

a) Product Testing• Manage and plan the quantity of product running for weekly test per procedural requirement (Basic Environmental Test & Ongoing Reliability Test).• Man power planning and coordination to monitor and ensure the test run smoothly and uninterrupted.• Identify Reliability level failures and communicate with various levels of FA teams for further analysis.• Data analysis based on Accelerated Failure Rate Chart (AFR) for product performance which ensure product is running within the allowable limit for shipment.• Chair alert meeting when products are not meeting goal (based on AFR) to identify problem and ways to overcome problem.b) New Product Management• Planning on new product submission for Reliability test.• Plan loading size and hardware/software readiness for new product testing.• Software compatibility validation for new product. • Chair morning meeting with team from the United State for tests update and product build progress/planning.• Communicate with project team in the United States for problem solving and debugging.• Minor programming for Firmware testing/config file updates using HP EQAT tester for SAS hard drives.
