• Generating sales quotations for customers, using dedicated sales database systems • Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems • Generating reports for internal use by mining information from various computer package • Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets • Dealing with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner• Checking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoices• Working with team members and reporting lines to further enhance existing processes to ensure maximum automation and efficiency • Expected to provide advance level of human intervention to address complex fallouts from automation process with appropriate resolution, partnering with management on more complex item. • Provides mentorship & guidance to more junior staff.

• Monitoring the collection of trade income to get it meet the company forecast• Confirming the supplier’s trade investment into dedicated sales system• Analyzing and interpreting Aging Report for Un-confirm supplier’s trade investment from Rebate Management System (RMS) and SAP system• Dealing with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports• Reconciling and checking all supplier's trade investment uploaded into SAP system tally as agreement between buyer and supplier, and deduction made by SAP system• Provides mentorship & guidance to junior staff.

• Issuing of debit note/ tax invoice as a trade investment to supplier’s contribution Advertising and Promotion • Attending of supplier enquiry, through emails and calls• Do the billing process by system to account payable• Creation new vendor and inactive vendor in Rebate Management System (RMS).• Assisting in preparing journal for month end closing for Guardian Trade Income Team.• Reporting; prepare weekly and monthly report in terms of performance of trade income collection.• Preparing Trade Income reconciliation report
