JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND EXPERIENCES: • Check the supplier’s provided costing. • Once price confirmed from Supplier, Order placement/ order negotiation with suppliers on behalf of Buyer. • After confirm the order put all data in they system (SFOF) also need to inform all respective department.• Confirm with supplier to get the all sample sending date, production deadline, and artwork color required date. • Check all lab dip, yarn dip, print, and embroidery s/off and approve. • Follow up with supplier for the PPS, after getting PPS we need to confirm fabric color and quality, Print, Embroidery color and position, accessories quality and over all styling.• Taking all kinds of necessary steps to continue the merchandise procedure including sourcing fabric & trims and ensure on time shipment.• To monitor & control the execution of the bulk order production according to the given approved Production T & A to confirm on time shipment.• Calculates and analyses the next production plan, the daily output and take necessary action.• To identify & solve the potential problem in the production or before production that can cause the delay of the shipment.• Complete the total file to handover to the QC team for inspection. • Contact with shipping line and agency to confirm the ETA date.• Issue LOC after inspection. • Other duties assigned by Country Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND EXPERIENCES:• Responsible for proper communication with buyer to discuss about any issue related with development and bulk production.• Work closely with buyers for delivering the appropriate product at their market at the best price and right time frame• Follow up new developments and ensures that proper samples are submitted as per buyer’s requirements.• Material ordering for Bulk production according to the garments ship date and production plan. Responsible for proper follow up the material shipments from all local and foreign suppliers to make sure all Materials are in-housed according to the requirements of production and in correct qty.• Update the planning dept about the material in house date, Garments order qty and ship date on weekly basis.• Follow up Order Flow chart on a daily basis. • Follow up the production and shipment and check the Profitability of the orders. • Make sure about the clarity and accuracy of records.
