The Talent Acquisition Team is based in Atlanta and provides recruiting support to North America. I led the Talent Acquisition function for Crawford US and provided subject matter expertise to all outbound, international locations. During my tenure, I created overall recruiting workflow efficiencies across the company with a focus on candidate and client experience. Responsibilities and projects include:• Established scorecards for individual business units to better track performance metrics.• Managed the upgrade and implementation of a new ATS within the US, which included workflow mapping, requirements gathering and new process definition for the ATS. Mapped the process by which other third party applications integrated into the new system, including the pre-employment screening vendor and Crawford’s on-boarding tool.• Identified and contracted with new pre-employment vendor for all US based hiring. • Partnered with Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications to define and create a new Global Career page as well as partnered with our ATS vendor to upgrade the Career search page. Developed and executed a social media strategy for talent acquisition across the US.

My last role with Turner's Talent Acquisition team (since May 2013) was to create and maintain TA’s operational infrastructure and to develop and deploy programs, processes and analytics to support Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.’s growing talent acquisition needs.Responsibilities included the following:• Matrix managed the Sourcing function . • Managed the TA Support Team (4 Support Specialists) • Oversaw Turner’s online and social presence for Talent Acquisition• Created efficiencies that improved recruiter productivity and ensured compliance with all applicable laws, company hiring practices and cultural norms• Partnered with Talent Systems Analytics to refine and measure TA’s key technology recruiting support mechanisms • Produced scorecards for the domestic recruitment organization Accomplishments included:• Established Turner’s first Sourcing Function within TA • Managed the identification and implementation of a digital interviewing tool• Implemented a more efficient tool for delivering Satisfaction Surveys Previous roles held within Turner include Director, TA and Manager, TA. Key responsibilities included:• Managed Turner’s TA strategy and programs for all US based operations with hiring volume of approximately 1400 new hires per year across 8 locations.• Directed, mentored and coached between 7 -20 recruiters on best practices to ensure recruiting strategies align with the organization / division’s goals.• Partnered with management to understand workforce needs and designed customized recruiting strategies to meet the needs of the business

Responsibilities within this role included:• Established and managed the recruiting function with for CheckFree’s 13 US office locations.• Directly managed 2 full-time recruiters, 1 contract recruiter and matrix managed 6 additional HR associates responsible for field recruiting.• Established and maintained recruitment policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.• Partnered with outside counsel for all Immigration matters across the company.• Managed vendor relationships, including pre­ employment screening, contingency and retained search firms, corporate and international relocation, Applicant Tracking, job postings, and diversity job fairs.• Recruited executive level, mid-level management, and individual contributors across all functional areas in the company.
