Intercompany Accounting Analyst under R2R for one of the largest Pharma industry.1.Managing end to end intercompany activities.2. Managing intercompany payables and receivables with high process performance and improve and sustain the performance metrics to meet/exceed the SLA and to be always SOX complaint.3. Responsible for recording accurals for various expense head based on the estimate received and ensure that all the expenses incurred are either booked or accrued in the financials for that particular period.4. Responsible for analysing and ensuring the expenses are transferred to P&L account and cost centres in the respective books before the books close.5. Providing the above said reports to the Global heads/Finance manager for review and decision making purpose.6. Providing approved process documents and requested reports & details to auditors for conducting system audit, process audit and Quality audit.7. Post books close settle the balances through different modes of payment.8. Generating KPIs and reports and sharing with the Global heads for further review and decision making purpose.

Receive & log all queries received through phone & email in Panorama /Trouble Ticketing tool. • Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits,attendance, payroll deductions, etc for the North America, UK, Republic of Ireland andSouth Africa locales. • Adhere to defined processes and ensure delivery in accordance with setquality standards• Thorough knowledge of policies & processes for multiple Customers group• Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times for HRS processes• Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applyingSIX SIGMA, KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies. • Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure dataprivacy at all times• Take ownership for query resolution and individual metric.
