Key Responsibilities:• Spearheading the entire financial and commercial related activities of the company.• Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly business plan & cash flow projection.• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statement including management of Accounts Receivables etc.• Accountable for preparation & analysis of Financial Performance Review (FPR), comparison between MIS and accounts book and with previous period.• Preparation and analysis of MIS Reports, analysis of variance report, Margin and other major direct and indirect overheads.• Developing Standard Cost Rates, planning Cost center accounting and analysis, analysis & control of overhead Cost, overhead cost allocation, sharing of common cost.• Strategizing Financial Budget, Forecasting along with operation team's feedback.• Facilitating in close co-ordination with internal/statutory/tax auditors during the audit process and responsible for audit finalization, management representation and comments.• Preparation of monthly and yearly department wise audit plan and audit check list. Discussion of audit findings with the relevant department heads and recommending for improvement and corrective actions.• Manage daily man-hour recording system of 2000 employees at multi sites and ensure reliability.• Subcontract Finalisation within the budget limits and monitoring the work progress and certification.• Ensure subcontract invoices are in accordance with the Contract Terms, Unit Rates & WeightedProgress achieved to that point etc.• In addition to above, handle Resource Management for Projects.• Finalisation and management of labour supply contracts.

Key Responsibilities:• Spearheading the accounting, financial and commercial related activities of Chennai / Mumbai region.• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly P&L and Balance Sheet.• Accountable for preparation & analysis of Financial Performance Review (FPR), comparison between MIS and Actual and with previous periods.• Preparation and analysis of monthly Flash (MIS) Reports, analysis of variance report related to COGS, Margin and other major overheads.• Responsible for fund management and allocation, liaison with bank.• Manage Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, insurance.• Facilitating in close co-ordination with internal/statutory/tax auditors during the audit process and responsible for management comments.• Overseeing daily cash tracking, surprise verification of cash and physical stock verification.• Overseeing entire accounting related data upload, approval, validation & posting of all trade, non-trade expenses & payments.• Creditors Management, fund allocation, payment, ageing and reconciliation of creditors.• Responsible for preparation, payment and filing of VAT Return, VAT-240 and assessment, renewals and registration of new outlets, Overseeing issuance of Form "C".• Responsible for Service Tax, TDS & FBT calculation and payment.• Analysis of JCA / contract documents and submission of report. Monitor cost to cost variance for each item based on BOQ/JCA• Achieving better margins with vendors & sub-contractors by better negotiation without affecting the quality & time.• Proper utilization & distribution of funds to ensure smooth functioning of business units.
