• Sr. QAQC (Lead ) has the overall responsibility for ensuring the implementation of Quality Management system at Site during the execution of construction works, according to Site Quality Plan.• In charge of training all supervision personnel to ensure they know, and they will be able to follow the Contract Quality requirements.• Has to check that construction activities are done in compliance with the Company Rules and Procedures, and the orders received from the Site Project Manager.• Checks and approves SUBCONTRACTORS Quality Management procedures to ensure they are consistent with CONTRACTOR procedures.• Performs audits (internal/external) on CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTORS quality management organization, to ensure they are working in compliance with their approved procedures.• Recommends and follows up corrective& preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid (internal / external) deficiencies such as NCR/ SOR/ Discrepancies.• Makes available the Field Inspection Coordination procedure and the Quality Control Plan to all the concerned Quality Inspectors and Discipline Supervisors• Organizes the quality kick off meeting and regular meetings with all the involved parties on regular basis & recorded/shared for further action • Ensures that the Quality requirements are understood by all parties by conducting site quality inductions/ presentations etc.• Acts as liaison with Owner in matters pertaining to quality control, inspection, testing.• Supports the Quality Inspectors and Discipline Supervisors in performing Quality Control activities.• Ensures timely resolution of any QC problem faced during construction• Manages the NCR issue and follow-up according to Field Non-Conformity Management Procedure.• Ensures that all necessary Quality construction records such as MES / MAT/ ITP/ DCS /TRS quality documents are filed and maintained properly. Also responsible to organize the Construction Quality Dossier• Analyses and reports to the Site Manager the status of QC System and suggest improvements of the Quality Control System.• Supports the Site Material Manager for the preservation of material and equipment until handover to client.• Reports to the Site Project Manager the status of Quality Management System and suggests continuous improvements .• Assures the feedback to Home Office Construction Quality functionPossess personal skills with Passion, Patience, Training, Management skills, perseverance, Team work, motivation, quality induction, time management, listening skills, communication, creativity and ahead thinking.
