• Role of Quality Auditor and Quality Engineer for the extrusion process.• Daily tracking and auditing of all components. i.e Ensuring product conformance to specification and profile verification.• The process control plan is described in the APQP manual. These include FMEA (Failure module and effects analysis), SPC (Statistical process control),MSA (Measurement system analysis), PPAP (Product part approval process).• Sustain the capability of product and process through regular "SPC study".• Review of SPC charts and data collection. Analyzing and acting towards daily audit observation.• Progressively acting on 8D Methodology is the quality report suppliers use to inform a customer about the status of complaint-related actions.• Taking corrective action to prevent the issue of repetitive problems from occurring on the shop floor using CAPA report.• Discovering the root causes of problems in order to identify appropriate solutions by the process RCA report (Root cause analysis).• Performed under the project of "Process of Excellence Dashboard in Extrusion process".• Sustain the capability of Product and Process on Extrusion Components through "Stretch Study".• Inspecting the X-Ray image of finished manufactured tires to find issues from tires like steel cord stretch and other unnecessary minor components from tires. Visually inspecting 50 tires randomly on a shift basis.
