Provide excellent customer service at all times• Maintain the gym software with great accuracy• Make sure to register clients and inquiry in professional manner• Conduct follow up calls as per company policy• Work with passion and enthusiasm• Make sure all equipment is working and if any faults are found report immediately to the maintenance team or manager• Make sure the gym is clean and tidy at all times.• Adhere to the standard operating procedure (SOP)• Meet, greet and show facilities to potential members and register them in the system• Participate in marketing/public relation processes and events when required• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.• The company has the right to relocate you to any other branch either temporarily or permanently • To assist the General Manager when required. This may include minute taking, interviewing, and attendance at employee relations meetings.
