As a motivated Software Engineer with a solid foundation in IT support and service management, I bring a diverse skill set in both technical and software development domains. My expertise spans across Java, Python, SQL scripting, and front-end technologies like HTML and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in MySQL databases and a fundamental understanding of SAP systems.My recent project involved developing a Deep Neural Network (DNN) to analyze ECG signals, focusing on detecting noise and symptomatic patterns indicative of various health conditions. Through implementing autoencoders and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), we achieved high accuracy in classifying noise types and identifying arrhythmias using a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) with Gated Recurrent Units (GRUs). This project honed my skills in data analysis, signal processing, and applying deep learning frameworks to complex biomedical data.I am proficient in using Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite and have a strong grasp of ITIL principles, having worked with IT service management tools like ServiceNow.
