Roles & Responsibilities:Team Management:• Leading and managing a team of recruiters and/or delivery specialists.• Setting performance goals and targets for the team.• Providing guidance, coaching, and training to team members.Client Interaction:• Liaising with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.• Collaborating with clients to define job specifications and expectations.Vendor Management:• Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.• Negotiating terms and agreements with third-party service providers.Performance Metrics:• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team.• Analysing and reporting on recruitment metrics to track team performance.Recruitment Strategy:• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet client needs.• Planning and executing recruitment campaigns.• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Our delivery model includes on-site, off -site, off -shore and hybrid delivery solutions.Responsibilities:• Review and Understand the client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement • Source & Screen candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking• Supporting Off-shore team to screen the candidate language levels.• Attending to the client meetings, gathering requirements, and maintain communication with different vendors & MSPs.• Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations • Understanding candidates’ profile to evaluate role fitment ( Screening & Shortlisting ) • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers • Manage scheduling interviews and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process • Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery • Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
