• Good experience with IT requirements.• Working for ITC Infotech, Photon for IT Requirements.• Getting the requirements from Business Development Manager.• Sourcing the best resumes as per the requirement.• Able to make submissions in quick turnaround time.• Follow up with the candidate at the time of interview, coordinating with consultant.• Good Experince with Application tracking system (Ceipal).• Very good experience with Linked in Xray Search.• Helping juniors in sourcing the profiles.• Negotiate salary/ rates in Corp 2 Corp, 1099 & W2 (with or without benefit).
