• Develop & maintain positive communication & teamwork with all co-workers.• Assist with the physical count of all material inventories at the end of the month.• Identification of all stored materials.• Maintain appearance & uniform standards.• Follow company & departmental policies & procedures.• Ensure maximum security of all storeroom areas, that no unauthorized person enters the stores.• Maintains a neat, well-organized storeroom at par stock levels.• All entries (request, receipt & issue, inter location transfers, must be updated in system database MS WORD as per the approved documents, strictly on daily basis.• Pest controlling to be done on weekly basis.• Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
