I am having 5+ years of experience in IT industry with technologies using Java, Selenium, Automation Testing, API Testing and Manual Testing, Cucumber Framework.Roles & Responsibilities:⦁ 3 to  4 years and above of test lead experience in web based applications testing⦁ Understand the Application architecture, requirement, related customer scenarios anddesign test plan for the product set⦁ Lead the QA team, Mentor and influence the team to comply with the QA Standards and expectations and demonstrating effective gatekeeping for all the QA deliverables.⦁ Experience in Risk Identification and Mitigation plan.⦁ Participate in the technical and management reviews and ensure expectation w.r.t  QA⦁ Good knowledge of general QA procedures, tools, and methodologies, as well as software development life cycles.⦁ Very much comfortable working with Scrum teams  and solid understanding of theAgile/Scrum software development, QA and release processes.⦁ Experience with developing Automation framework and scripting⦁ Good exposure in Selenium with JAVA and have exposure to JAVA coding skills and exposure in working with Unit test frameworks like Junit, TestNG or similar frameworks.⦁ Hands - on experience with both white - box and black - box testing.⦁ Lead innovation and integration of new technologies to improve the QA  Roles & Responsibilities:⦁ Design, develop and execute test cases which include both functionality and regression testing scenarios.⦁ Identify the test scenarios based on the understanding of systems, interfaces, andapplications.⦁ Identify end - to - end business - critical scenarios.⦁ Prepare Test summary Report and share the same for review/ Review the test results/test.reports submitted by the test analyst.⦁ Contribute to the improvement of test standards and methodology across all test areas to ensure the stability of the applications and eliminate possible/ repeated issues.⦁ Taking an active part in weekly Scrum and attend daily standup meetings offline and online.⦁ Optimize regression - testing suites for multiple applications using the most appropriate manual.⦁ Execute test plans provided by QA manager/Lead with attention to details using both manual and basic automated testing. ⦁ Assist QA Manager in preparing all status reports, test plans, test cases and otherdocumentation related to QA.⦁ Strict to quality standards/process and time schedules provided.
