● Administering/Matching all the derivative trades between custody and broker and liaise with client ops or broker for unconfirmed & mismatch of trades.● Performing various Trade, Position, and account balance reconciliations. Encounter of the exceptions for the difference and fix them after proper research.● Tracking of failed trades with brokers, custodian and communicate to the appropriate teams.● Processing large and variable volume of trades into the accounting system manually if required accurately, to meeting external and internal deadlines. Comparison of broker and accounting position and acting on any exceptions to fix them.● Calculated total equity value and reconciled with broker statements.● Processed various Fx’s & trades manually and raised Cusips/asset id for new securities.● Research on discrepancies with trading desks, custodians, and brokers to facilitate timely and accurate settlement of trades. ● Track and report the cash and position related discrepancies like trade price, contacts or quantity, commissions and creating Bloomberg backups for NAV reference.● Capture the performance of brokers related to confirmation and settlement of trades, OTC reconciliations and brokerage calculations and produce analysis report.● Validating ETD Derivatives cash and positions and resolved discrepancies and margin breaks.● Researching on the discrepancies at the fund level if any and resolving them. Timely escalation of issues to the appropriate management level.● Matching the margins with brokers and facilitate movement of margins between broker and custodians.● Regular review of procedures and workflows to update documentation on trade processing.TRS (Trade review system) Where the high NAV impacted securities/ funds are analyzed and will update and provide the necessary BBG backups for fund accounting team on NAV effects and met client deliverables.● Interaction with clients for any queries relating to the process and resolve any breaks and issue
