• Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures.• Preparing and reviewing technical submittals such as Method Statement, Material Submittal, Inspection testing plan (ITP) and Inspection checklist, Work & Material Inspection request.• Analyze and reporting of Non-conformance at site level and to identify its root cause and implementing corrective and preventive actions.• Providing quality induction training to site team.• Carry out ISO audits and recommend the necessary corrective actions and measures.• Monitor QA/QC policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required.• Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA/QC issues, in coordination with Engineers and Project Manager.• Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site are as per approved drawings, method statement and ITP• Performing routine site inspections with consultant for the approval of all site installations to the satisfaction of clients.• Coordinate with the contractor’s representative and Site Engineer for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Conformance Report.• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the project including calibration report, testing & commissioning reports, Work inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site observations and Project close-outs.• Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.• Leading Testing & Commissioning of Electrical equipment, HVAC systems, Fire alarm & PAVA Systems, Emergency lighting & Fire Protection system & Plumbing systems.• Submitting performance reports, identifying shortfalls and facilitating improvement actions.• Collaborated with engineering team to communicate and achieve quality standards and outputs.

• To handle Operation & Maintenance Electrical works, Site work & documentation work, including making & maintain daily report, monthly reports, LPO, invoices preparing BOQ, estimation.• Responsible in handling electrical problems or electrical engineering issues at a building, work site or other location.• Installation of electrical works such as Electrical equipment installation works, Cable routing, Cable glanding and termination works, Lighting & Earthing.• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.• Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Engineer and Facilities Manager.
