Duties & Responsibilities in BIM REVIT: - BIM Modeling & Coordination of MEP Services considering all the standards and project specifications Preparing Lighting, Looping & Electrical Phase Distribution Layouts. Extracting BOQ from Revit Model as well as manual quantity take-offs. 2D Detailing & Annotation for the production of Shop drawings & Schematic layouts for Site Execution for Fire alarm, Security, Power and Data Layouts from Revit for Site execution. Preparing Cable Trunking, Cable tray Plan & Cable Tray cross sections, Tagging Layouts. Preparation of Navisworks federated model for Clash detection & Zero Clash reports extraction Sound knowledge of Electrical Services.Duties & Responsibilities in Auto-CAD: - Preparing 2D drawings for co-ordinate with other services. Preparation of shop drawings – Lighting layouts, Power Layouts, Low Voltage System Layouts. Preparation of Telephone & Data system, Fire alarm system as per authority standard. Home Automation system, CCTV & Access Control System Etc. Preparation of Cable Tray, Trunking & Cable Routing Layouts. Preparation of Single line Diagrams. Preparation of General Layout for substations as per authority standard. Making Electrical as Built drawings from Site

My Responsibilities include -Preparation of Electrical drawings as per standards.-Preparation of 2D Drawings according to the Higher Authority’s instruction for the specified systems. -Assisting to the Design Department to prepare the system drawings in all aspects. -Plotting / Preparation of site plan as per the plot documents.-Setting out of building plans as per the drawings.-Coordinating a team of electrical draughtsman -Reporting to team leader / Project Manager
