Currently supporting internal and lateral hiring for Operations division at all levels (Analyst to VP).• Sourcing, Screening • Partner with internal clients and vendors to identify and attract the best of experienced professionals to the firm• Pre- Screening of candidates and processing them to the business ensuring good pipeline for all open roles• Manage internal mobility process for Operations across levels• Sourcing profiles through job portals, career sites and vendors• Stakeholder Management: Have regular meetings with business units to discuss open roles, understand role requirements in detail and provide an update on existing candidate pipeline• Oversight of interview schedules and feedback follow ups• Offers: Work with the candidate's compensation documents, understand the current pay structure along with candidate's expectations. Send offer proposals to the business and seek necessary approvals• Rolling out offers: Walking candidates through the firm's hierarchy, compensation structure and additional benefits and also includes sharing of the final offer letter.• Oversight of background check process with internal team to ensure seamless on-boarding of candidates• Reviewing and providing approvals of vendor fee on the tool to ensure timely processing of payments• Responsible for sharing weekly reports with business which gives an overview of the hiring status

• Sourcing: Sourcing IT professionals of various levels (SE-M) via job portals• Scheduling: Scheduling candidates for various interviews from technical to final• Follow ups: Following up with the candidates who have been scheduled for interviews• Weekend drive: Lining up and managing candidates over the weekend for walk-ins• Documents collection: Collection of documents from the candidates after the mandatory rounds• Offers: Getting the offers released for candidates who are done with all the rounds• Maintaining data and reports: Generating slots from the tool and allotting it to the team. Maintenance of data post completion
