1 . responsible of receiving and out going materials2 . checking of materials packing list 3 . checking of the status of all materials 4 . inventory report and daily report5 . make sure that all materials are properly handle 6 . make report for Losd (lost,over, shortage damages )7 . preparing monthly inventory report of material stocks to make tally in respective computer system 8 . maintain precise computer record of the above using tha SAP stock control software system 9 . received stores and accurately check them off against manifest and purchase order issue material under the direction of the maintenance superintendent, record the issue 1o.inventory management check and verifies that all commodities both received and issued, is in good order and meets the requirement of specification and details stated on purchased order (lPO)
