Responsibilities: • Issuing new bank account and ATM.• Solving the problems of ATM card.• Updating the all bank accounts with border number to iqama.• Reassuring all bank accounts problems.• Calling to bank customer care for replacement card and activation request.• Taking all employees passport form key accounts to process new bank account.• Registering active employees finger print and mobile no in order to activate the ATM cards• Banking accounts problems and solutions.• If employee need their bank account statement to check there salary credited in his accounts.• Delivery of ATM CARDS and Iqamas key accounts.• Develops new business prospects in specific geographic areas through calls. • Interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the bank's products and services.• Considerable knowledge of remittance processing.• Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clients• Have knowledge of the practices, procedures, and problem-solving techniques required to verify and distribute computer output.• Knowledge of the practices, procedures, and problem solving techniques required to process client transactions and produce output through computer operations.• Good at the practices, procedures, and problem solving techniques involved in item processing.• Very exposure with knowledge of client specifications for remittance processing.• Knowledge of off-line and peripheral equipment operation and maintenance.• Proficiency to assemble, organize and sequence work.
