I am currently leading strategic initiatives in the Secretary to the Chief Minister’s Office, focusing on driving impactful governance and overseeing the implementation of high-priority projects that align with the Chief Minister's vision for Andhra Pradesh. I collaborate closely with large corporates on cutting-edge technologies, including AI, machine learning, and other emerging areas, to foster innovation and economic growth. By working with corporates and aligning their initiatives with government priorities.

Investment promotion:As an Investment Promotion team member for Food Processing & Manufacturing sectors worked closely on implementation of Marquee Projects in Andhra Pradesh.Promote Andhra Pradesh as the best investment destination through presentations at various business forums, events & roadshows.Liaising with global/domestic investors and Government officials to fulfil the gaps in the development of state industrial ecosystemResponsible to facilitate investors for Government approvals & clearances, incentives & subsidies and infrastructure advisory.Planned and scheduled Stakeholder Bilateral meetings with relevant government departments also responsible for preparing talking points, presentations.Investment Facilitation:Research and Identification of suitable land options in Andhra Pradesh. Collecting Data base on land bank available in Andhra Pradesh in coordination with relevant government departments.Preparing and presenting pitch presentations to the investor on Andhra Pradesh as their preferred destination.Planning and facilitating Site visits to identified locations along with investor.Hand Holding the investor in preparing Detailed Project reportGuiding investors regarding single window portal policy (all approvals within 21 days) pre-establishment and pre-operation approvals, support in terms of documentation. Environmental compliances, Environmental clearance procedure, Procedure to setup SEZ, Guidance regarding state policies, government procedures, industrial land allotment procedure.Project Development and Processing – Pre feasibility reports, Feasibility reports and Detailed Project Reports, Market assessment.
