Roles And Responsibilities:• Managing IT infrastructure Support and Operations for the Organization.• Implementing information Security Policy for the Organization (ISO & ISMS).Implementing the IT policies and reviewing them periodically. • Messaging support for Microsoft Exchange 2007.• Inhouse Data Center Support and Operations, comprising of Servers, switches, Firewalls, Internet Leased Lines, Access Control, Bio Metric.• Hardware support for DELL, IBM, HP Servers and Intel Dialogic, NMS, Donjin Telecom cards.• Hardware sizing as per the project requirement.• Checkpoint Firewall support in HA.• Co-ordinating with vendors for IT Purchase, AMC's, Upgrades.• Managing On-Site Hardware deployments as per the project plan. • Providing remote support for the servers deployed across the client location. • Monitoring of the servers using Nagios, health check and patch management. • Managing Customer issues and escalations. • Managing 8 members 24×7×365 IT Support team. • Manage associated effectively, mentoring them as required to run operations smoothly. Am a Microsoft Certified(MCSE & MCSA) Professional & also Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH).12 + years of experience in IT Support / Systems Administration /Technical Support /Network Support.Around 7 years of experience with client Bharti AirTel, IDEA Cellular Ltd, DOCOMO, Aircel PAN India.Experience in multi-platform environment with focus on Windows IT support, OS issues, LAN\WAN support, Software\Hardware installation, Upgrading and Troubleshooting in a Large Corporate Network Environment.Worked with Large IT organizations in past ten years in various roles as IT Manager, Team Lead, Technical Associate, Sr. Customer Support Executive, Customer Support Executive and Systems Administrator.Good Interpersonal Communication Skills, Team Management, Vendor Management, Ability to Work Collaboratively and Commitment to Achieving Corporate Goals.
