Client: Northern Trust (NT)Project Description: STRATEGIC OPERATING MODEL TRANSFER AGENCY (SOMTA)The Strategic Operating Model (SOM) for Transfer Agency (TA) program intends to create the target platform for the Transfer Agency Business for Northern Trust (NT). The goal of the program is for the platform to enable the business to operate, at least as efficient. IBM is providing Spring boot Cloud Microservices based solution where entire architecture is divided into four part such as rich interface UI, Utility, Integration Adapters, and core Systems (i.e., Multifund and ICON) where each of components interact with each other using event Hub named as Kafka in the form of event to perform the business.Position: Application Developer - Red Hat Cloud Microservices• Designed LLD and Class, Use Case, Sequence Diagram for various Adapter Modules.• Implemented various Microservices with their docker and Kubernetes configurations for deployment on cloud environment.• Integrated OAuth2, Actuator, Spring boot Admin and Hystrix Dashboard with the integration Adapters.• Written Junit test cases and done Sonar Cube analysis for maintaining code quality.• Hands-on experience with JIRA strategy (log hours, assign/create/close task etc.,)• Provided KT for newly on-boarded team members.• Implemented POC for Kafka event Sequencing as per requirement.
