✓ Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the projectspecification and issued for construction approved shop drawing.✓ Proper implementation of method statements on site✓ Apply QA/QC Procedures For All Works During The Project✓ Complying with approved material to carry out the inspection for therequest for information (R.F.I) before casting concreting.✓ Inspection of block work, plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing,false ceiling, marble cladding, joinery & aluminum works etc.✓Maintaining pouring sequence, pouring card, check lists recordsfor concrete pouringactivity,✓ Handling A Team Of 25 Labours Foreman's, Carpenters, Steel fixers ✓ Calculation the quantity of steel & concrete as per approved shopdrawing for site.✓ Arrangement the concrete & steel as per site requirement.✓ Mange the labour to complete the work as per project time schedule.✓ Issuing the site instructionsto the subcontractor when the work is not.✓ Continuous supervision of concrete works during casting.✓ Co-ordination with M.E.P staff on site for builders work opening andother issues.✓ Daily activities report to the projects manager.✓Cheking Materials In Wearhouse As Per Approved Submittals
