- Responsible for internal recruitment activities i.e., - planning, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, preliminary interviewing (face-to-face as well as telephone interview), follow up and offer negotiation.
- Posting the requirements in the external and the internal portals.
- Screening resumes submitted by the recruiters and submitting the qualified resumes to the clients.
- Follow up with the Account Managers on resumes submitted and maintain a clear and concise report on submittals made.
- Responsible for Tracking, Analysing,and Prioritizing the resumes.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements.
