Preparing the Bill of quantities (BOQ) of the project as per the client requirement in the Excel format. Make Process Sheet and Preparing the production drawings in 2D and 3D designs in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Creo as per the requirements of the project. Preparing the Bill of Material(BOM) in MS Office and handling the BOM to the purchase manager to purchase the materials including Sheet Metal, MS Frames, Hardware, Plastic Parts etc. Documentation preparation/drawing of operational sketches . Any special tools and fixtures requirements to be given to purchase department, minimum one week before starting of the project. Monitoring of machining, welding activities, boring activities, molding section and Laser Cutting activities. Coordinating with site supervisor if required.
