Current1. Receiving work Order's through RTA's MAXIMO sites.2. Coordinating the work with responsible supervisor or foreman3. Analyze and make JMS after work completion.4. Submitting JMS to Consultant for job inspection.5. Uploading JMS on Maximo with approved BOQ.6. Making Verbal instruction for Emergencies, Accident Reports and getting approval from RTA.7. Creating Quick Report Work Orders for Emergency Verbal instructions.8. Checking & Verify Daily Duty Sheets with work quality and quantity.9. Making Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition & Material Receiving forms.10. Matching work quantity with Maximo quantity and submitting to RTA & Organization on monthly basis.11. Arranging Backup Files & Supporting Documents for the PC for Submission.12. Emailing to RTA and other concerned Depts
