Planning and prioritizing the requirementswhich initially include basic understanding of required skill set and then servicing them based onbusiness criticality. Good in sourcing candidates through linkedin and Facebook(social networking) also using jobportals like Indeed,Freelance,Jobserve in hiring candidates for Germany,Netherlands,Sweden,etc For domestic staffing Sourcing candidates through various job sites portals( Naukri,Monster forIndia),job posting, Mass Mailing, Employee Referrals, as well as from internal database for thegiven requirements. Screen the candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, Negotiation of salary ,relocation,technical knowledge and basic qualification,rolling out offer letter. Process the confirmed profiles to the clients. Co-Ordinating with the candidates to schedule theinterviews.Page |1 Following up the candidates for the visa interview,booking the travel tickets and travelling till theyjoin. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on boarding, documentcompilation for selected candidate Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered and declined.
