Main responsibility is to inspect the concrete structure,propose the remedial strengthening work and prepare the plan as per the client requirement. TCR is basically a strengthening,remodeling and renovation company in which we strengthens the weak building with new techniques of construction like carbon fiber and concrete jacketing by increasing the size of footing, columns and beams. i used to plan the work schedule manage the project,calculate the quantities of concrete and carbon fiber required for jacketing and also have the complete experience of retrofitting.
