 Working as a Mid Level. Recruiter for US Staffing. Full life cycle recruiting including Sourcing, phone screening, qualifying, interviewing, preparing candidates, salary negotiations, closing, and reference checks. Responsible for working on different requirements given by the Supervisor or Manager.  Searching consultants on different Job Portals like – Dice, Monsters etc. Also searching consultants by mass mailing through company’s and personal built portals like Gmail. Talking to consultants about the requirements and checking and judging their understanding in regard to find good match as per the job description. Good knowledge about different visas like H1B, OPT, TN, GC etc. Worked on W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099. Confirming the rate with the consultants or the authorized Employers based on their visa status. Doing back and forth follow up with the supervisor, consultants and authorized employers after the consultant is submitting to the end client. Working with End to End methodology in regard to the interview schedules and paper work for the confirmed consultant.
