 I am reporting to the CEO on a weekly basis regarding all the aspects under my supervision and control. As Sr. Systems Administrator, I am responsible to manage and administrate complete infrastructure of our private cloud which include 38 virtualized servers providing 76 services to end user.  I Implemented NAS storage in year 2008,setup for raw data; migrate David fax to right fax from Captaris; Design and implement new structured cabling; Implement terminal services over LAN and WAN; Policy management for internet uses;  As System Administrator my primary responsibilities are handling and managing the network environment for the group having; VMWare ESXi, OS Windows 2003/ 2008 /2012 server; MS exchange 2010 cyberoam gateway cisco ASA firewall , Right Fax ( Captaris ); Symantec Backup Server, Netapp Storage appliance, HP 2000S NAS Server with 2003 Plate form Windows 2008 Server for terminal services; IBM SAN Desktop Management Backup for Microsoft Exchange; NAS remote connection; connectivity through VPN, LAN, WAN by using Cisco products;;  Manage and supervise the team of four including User Support Analyst & Desktop Support Engineer. Achievement: Promoted from User Support Analyst to System Admin, year 2005; From System Admin to Sr. System Admin, year 2008 with salary increases.I had successfully accomplished the migration of data from Novell to Microsoft Windows 2000, in year 2001. Projects: 23 Site offices setup, design and setup for 10 to 25 users’ local network and the connectivity to head office at Dubai airport; new office design and setup for 25 users’ local network and the connectivity to head office at Abu Dhabi ICAD II, implemented Motorola canopy wireless setup between two companies.  Implemented Mitel VoIP all over the group with the connectivity to UAE, Qatar and India

 I was responsible for assisting customers with internet issues over the phone and walk-ins and reporting to the Assistant Director on a daily basis regarding the customer reports and faults. As a Customer Support Engineer, I use to handle installation of modem and configuration internet on customers’ PC.
