Role & Responsibilities:• Produce Planning drawings for applications • Produce Pre-planning applications (PPA) for certain projects (D&A Statements)• Produce working drawing packages• Update filing system accordingly i.e. Drawing Register, window/door schedule, Schedule of accommodations, filing in general etc.• Contact and arrange meetings with third party companies, such as, Fire Consultants and M&E Consultants• Setting KPI's and tasks for the team in the event a senior architect is off and report back to chairman accordingly • Formulate timesheets for the team and update accordingly, for this to then be reviewed towards the end of the week• Working Drawings, varying from foundations plans to elevations and everything in between • Amend proposed drawings based upon feedback from clients/developers• Produce drawings in AutoCAD but also in 3D software's such as SketchUp and Revit (Basics)• Produce rendered scenes using rendering programmes such as Enscape • Carry out Measured Survey and draw up in CAD accordingly• Produce 3D Site models including surrounding context in order to understand how the proposition affects the context via conducting a sun shade analysis• Worked upon various building types such as; Residential dwellings, high rises, land bidding proposals, internal office works, surgeries etc.
