➢ Mainly concerned is to manage, operate & maintain day to day activities of Optic Fiber Network (aerial & underground) & Team on the ground and handle a team of 113 employees.➢ Visiting our HUB’s / POPs on a regular basis for evaluating the work performance of our OFC Network Team members and if, required train them for better performance gauging.➢ In addition, other concerned with planning, organizing, directing and controlling all the activities of an organization, which helps in converting the raw materials and human efforts into valuable goods and services for satisfying customer needs.➢ Coordinating with the Client as well as with our OFC Team for the implementation of the physical link and way forward with our NOC Team for the testing, & installation of the hardware associated with Broadband connectivity.➢ Coordination with our Marketing Team & Accounts Department for disconnected links and thereafter initiate the removal of OFC & withdrawal of other Broadband hardware from the customer’s premises.➢ Provide Pre-Sales support to our Marketing Team.➢ Maintaining the MIS.➢ Getting the survey done in association with the concern department of a new site/location and accordingly prepare the required materials/BoQ and upon approved by the authority, initiate for the implementation with a schedule timeline as well maintain proper MIS project wise.➢ Acting as a support for the Administration Department.➢ Prepare Budget allocation for the various Projects and arrange for the execution of the same.➢ Coordinate & Negotiate with our Vendors for the purchase of various equipment and materials required.
