My goal is to continue to learn new things and find new ways of improving processes. Currently, I am managing an assembly plant with up to 80 people. In this position we handle 7 different machines at once including tooling, sheetmetal, & welding parts. My duties also include setting up procedures, writing work instructions, quoting jobs, ordering materials,
