 Working MIS or monthly fund playing through cash flow.Assist in month end financial closing and reporting to Financial and Administrative Director Bank Reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations Verify the petty cash payments made by cashier on daily basis and do the cash verification Verify supplier invoices with all supporting mechanism and validate for payment Overall supervision of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Cash Management Develop and maintain internal control, policies, and procedures for the area of responsibilities knowledge and experience of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16. Finalize the trial balance and prepare financial statements (Balance sheet, P&L and cash flow) with the required detail of explanations Assist in fund flow management and working capital management to Financial and Administrative Director Produce monthly Management Information System reports Handle banking transactions with reference to Import documents, LCs, tender guarantees, performance guarantees, ODs, short term loans and so on under supervision of Financial and Administrative Director Cost tracking, monitoring and controls Follow up of collection and allocation of payments received from clients against invoices outstanding Investigate and resolve customer queries on billing with the assistance of Accounts Receivable team Verification of Employment Completion settlements, and Vacation settlements prepared by HR department IRS Return and form1040 & 1120S Return for S – Corp. Florida LLC. Working knowledge of CAC, CLV, ARR, MRR, Attrition and churn ratio, and ARPC.. Knowledge of QuickBooks balance sheet finalization and all reports download from QB. Working Knowledge of Accrual accounting and software subscription revenue reorganization. .  Prepare W9 FORM & 5471 FORM & work on import & Export payment.
