About Imran Shaikh

As an Associate Technical Director at Viu, a leading OTT PCCW media company, I have over 19 years of experience in creating and managing web products that deliver value to the business and the customers. I hold certifications in usability analysis (CUA), user experience analysis (CXA), and Google user experience (GUXP), as well as a diploma in computer programming and system analysis.My role involves leading and executing the feature requirements and development workflow of the web application, managing the rollout of several features and tools across multiple markets, and conducting market research, data analysis, and user experience research to develop products that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the business. I also collaborate with the product marketing and country teams to ensure effective and impactful engagement with the market.
