● Manage and continuously improve our product offerings to ensure our users accomplish their goals onthe Incentive 360 platform by understanding customer needs and validating assumptions.● Identify new items and add them to the product backlog and work with leadership to define scope,priorities of epics and user stories.● Work closely with our business analysts, technical design, user experience, engineering teams andbusiness stakeholders from sales and services delivery to develop meaningful user experiences andensure acceptance criteria are well defined and facilitate estimation where needed.● Actively contribute to long-term product innovation and development by understanding thecustomer’s business strategy and ongoing feedback.● Define new workflows, sketches and create solutions to solve for various needs across the platform bydefining OKR, KPI's, associated product metrics and use data-driven decision-making techniques.● Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence by balancingtrade-offs among product value, design, and technological constraints.● Participate and lead development ceremonies including but not limited to stand-ups, sprint planning,workshops, PI planning & retrospective reviews.

● Support Sales Operations for multiple businesses in a Fortune company.● Primary roles include lead teams supporting multiple programs for a client.● Program level resource management to ensure timely delivery.● Assist the Engagement Director in program level planning.● Provide subject matter expertise to assist in creating standards for processes to be put in place tosupport the client team supporting sales operations.● Provide subject matter expertise in Sales operations planning meetings with an outlook towards thefuture for the customer.

● Lead the design and implementation of data integration and transformation processes in the system.● Developing comprehensive test scenarios, test plans and facilitate clients in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality output.● Recognize knowledge gaps between the client's business requirements & limitations of Synygy Software platform and come up with workable solutions for bridging gaps.● Provide consulting to the client based on the ad-hoc analysis of the gathered data to help them optimize their Incentive plans.● Conduct training sessions for new team members across India, Romania and US offices.

● Engaging in project activity as a Business Analyst for implementing new BI business capabilities.● Implementing processes to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and strong change controls.● Involve in data collection, data modelling and data analysis for producing ad-hoc reports requested by the client.● Designing and implementing dashboards as a tool for executive decision making and support.
