Every role I take up, I make sure that my values of Perseverance, Passion and Empathy are directly a contributing factor. One such roles i am Currently working in as Partnerships (Recruitment) and Counselling Head at ITLH. I have conducted over 600+ sessions in the past 3 years duration as a counsellor guiding professionals and students towards career growth in fields of UIUX, Product Development, Full Stack Web Development. Being associated with the Community, I have interacted with Individuals from MEA Region apart from India helping them to enhance their skill set. As a Source of Potential Candidates, I am working towards acting as a bridge between people and opportunities and looking for new partners on a daily basis. Earlier in 2015 as part of the Cofounding team of ITLH, We(Me along with Directors) generated a full scale program with almost 0 Investment and now reaching 1000+ students in the last 5 years. Before ITLH, I was working in the Field of IT. In my 5 years working as Business Development manager I have partnered with clients from countries like UK, USA, China, Algeria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Taiwan and Different parts of India. The clients would often need assistance to set up the IT business and I would help them connect to the people who would solve their problems. With no background of any sort, I worked on creating a sustainable plan for my company to establish International business with an average revenue of 15,000-35,000$ Per year. Most of the referrals i used to get were through previous clients I have worked with When I am not working, I am really excited to cook various food culnaries, I enjoy watching Sitcoms on Netlix and various OTT platforms. Because of passion of Multiculturalism, I enjoy dancing and always keen about healthy living. I still do not have my vision in life but my mission is to travel the world.
