Current*Gathering and understanding client business requirements and configuring the Workday solution.*Requirements Analysis and translation to technical specifications.*Involved in all phases (Dev/UAT/Prod) of the workday.*Responsible for the development and management of Mass Update EIBs.*Worked on various Workday Integration tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors and Workday Studio.*Developed inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XML, and XSLT Document.*Experienced in creating all kinds of custom reports like Simple and Advanced.*Strong Experience with EIB Inbound/Outbound integrations, Core connector, Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.*Day-to-day support of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Reporting issues.*Proficiency in XSLT understanding and troubleshooting, testing XPATH and XSLT SOAP and REST Based Services*Partner with HR and other functional teams to analyze business needs and enable the reporting and processes required to meet those needs.*Hands-on workday systems integration experience building custom integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Document Transformation.*Handling day-to-day activities like SR’s status call, 1TS Support Tickets Status, New Enhancement tickets, and so on.
