As Community Manager I handle Customer Support, User Experience, Community Management, Community Engagement, Business Development, Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

I wear many hats at Air. I started by building and charting the complete product flow via wire frame, then worked on Quality Assurance, Support and Community. Working with the team, I ensure the full and proper functionality within the Air app. In addition to QA, I assist in managing: Customer Support, User Experience, Community Management, Community Engagement, Business Development, Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

On a day to day basis, I (along with my amazing team) ensure that all aspects of the WeWork Midtown building are fully operational at all times. As a CM I am responsible for supporting the daily needs of our members, while helping to drive efforts to connect, collaborate and create community sentiment all while keeping an eye on the big picture of growing revenues for all WeWork provided services.

T3 stands for Technology, Trading and Training. As an assistant director of operations my primary responsibility was broadcasting a live streaming video via T3 Lives web host and custom made viewing client to approximately 1,200 viewers each morning before the opening bell on Wall Street. These live broadcasts would provide essential tips and assistance to those young and striving Wall Street Traders eager to learn from the best.

In 2002 I founded a Multi Media Production company - SK Films, where I single handedly directed, produced and edited multimedia films, slideshows, and digital shorts presented at events ranging from non-profit fundraisers to Bar Mitzvah parties and even concerts!
