Acted as Director (Finance) & Sr. Manager Accounts of the company in Finance & taxationmatters. In charge of managing & supporting the ledger team. Providing accurate financial & accounting policies & information to colleagues, sr. managers &Director also. Identifying area for cost cutting & improvement. Ensuring that all financial & accounting controls for the division are met and adhered to alltimes. Giving advice, guidance and support on all financial matters to the company directors. Preparation of Balance Sheet & finalization of statements of accounts of company partner’s. Interaction with CA, CS, Advocates in Taxation, ROC, & all type of legislative matterspertaining to Registry office, Income Tax, Sales Tax & Service Tax Department. Preparation of Sales Tax, Income Tax, Service Tax case paper & then Liaison withdepartments. Interaction with customers, suppliers & contractors for their dues & TDS certificate (from 16) & Company staff for Salary Advance. Branch Reconciliation & Internal Audit of all branches & sister concern units. Financial Planning of all payments from Cheque / Cash, All other allied work pertaining to accounts with fully computerised environment
