• Identified master regulators and their transcriptional network using TCGA datasets by utilizing R language and other computational tools. Validated the molecular targets by siRNA silencing of genes in breast cancer cell lines and employing luciferase gene reporter assay, and co-immunoprecipitation analysis. • Evaluated the combination effect of Piperlongumine with EGFR-TKIs (erlotinib, gefitinib) to reverse desensitization in mutated lung cancer cells• Performed cell viability studies in lung cancer and breast cancer cells. Investigated mechanism of action through flow cytometry analysis, western blot method, and fluorescence staining.• Assessed dysregulated and overexpressed genes between COVID-19 patients and healthy volunteers and identified genes associated with cytokine storm and T-cell signaling pathways to be upregulated in COVID-19 patients. • Utilized different machine learning models to characterize the receptor status of an uncharacterized patient dataset from TCGA data.
