Shailaja was responsible for creating the schedule, generating ideas, and executing them with great attention to detail. Her videos were highly successful, with one of them reaching 62.4K views. Shailaja consistently demonstrated professionalism and independence in her work. She possesses excellent presentation skills and confidently performs in front of crowds. For example, she participated in an information session for prospective students, where she answered questions with confidence and clarity, further showcasing her dedication and capabilities. She proved to be a successful International Student Ambassador. During the summer, Shailaja volunteered at the UniTartu Summer School, where she was part of the organising team for cultural events. She exhibited excellent organisational skills and successfully coordinated events for 130 people. Shailaja did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our university as an International Student Ambassador. She was always willing to offer her assistance whenever needed.
