Took inbound client and internal employee calls regarding complications with the bank's online banking website: key.com. Assisted with both simple and intermediate technical troubleshooting as well as providing educational information to avoid future complications and call backs. Another aspect of the position was to provide branch employee technical support regarding internal system issues, education, and guidance. Also was trained and for a short while provided general customer service to private clients and business clients- which included balance inquiries, loan applications, product up-sale and other clerical banking tasks.

Take inbound calls for Verizon Wireless customers. Provided balance information, tier one troubleshooting assistance, contract extensions, phone upgrades, and escalated calls as requested by my supervisor. Sales and upgrades were also part of my job duties. Also completed some light data entry and occasional offline data input as needed by my management.
