Vocational Trainer
CurrentIntroduce Applied Skills in ITeS Sector and implement under the Vocationalisation of school education in alignment with National Skill Qualification Framework. Teach practical and work-oriented courses to students. Create lesson plans, assignments, and exams. Maintain record of students. Travel to workshops and organize on-the-job trainings, industry visits. Arrange resource persons for guest lectures. Maintain IT-LAB, Cash Book, Stock Register, Budget Control Register, along with teacher diary. I have proven Leadership, being a state President of Employees Union and have given representations to Government many times and resolved many employee related issues. I was honoured by being selected as Chairman of Steering committee constituted by state Government. As a Vocational Trainer, I have honed my communication skills through years of experience in verbal and written with Trainees, Industries, Resource Persons and Management. I have extensive experience in creating and delivering presentations, preparing and responding to correspondence and ensuring effective communication throughout the workplace to make students employment ready. Awarded by Employer for extraordinary contribution towards improving the performance of students as Vocational Trainer. - Awarded by Arni University as Best Subject Teacher for contribution to the Society during COVID-19.
