Head of the Public Grievances, Quality Assurance and Inspection Division of the national post office network. With Grievances as an indicator of quality of citizen service and strength of the underlying processes and people's capacity to deliver upto expectations, the role entails whole of Department coordination and monitoring of service quality across the network for the whole bouquet of services of India Post. Through feedback and root cause analysis, of received data, it would be our aim to simplify the process and improve customer experience across all customer touch points and the entire value chain applicable across the financial, parcel and logistics, retail and communication services offered in India. With the use of new and emerging information and communication technologies, we look forward to innovative, relevant and rewarding services at all layers and levels of the post office network.

APPU is a restricted union of the Universal Postal Union (a specialized agency of the UN) for the Asian-Pacific Region and through various Postal Management Courses and other programs works for the development of Posts in the region in coordination with the UPU and the member countries.My current work profile relates to conducting courses, workshops and seminars on Financial Management, Advanced Business Management, Parcel and Logistics Management, Direct Mail and Advanced Marketing, Human Resource Management as these apply to the postal sector. In a nutshell the task is to bring in the blend of modern business management discipline with postal operations and challenges.
